a 50% deposit is due at time of booking with remaining balance to be paid 30 days before arrival. Credit Card on file for deposit will be charged for remaining balance.
No refunds will be given for holiday peak/reservations. Deposits may not be applied toward other dates. Holiday/Peak season includes December 19-January 4, MLK Weekend, President's Day Weekend, Spring Break, Memorial Day Weekend, July 1-6, Labor Day Weekend, Oktoberfest and Aspencade.
In the event that you cancel a reservation for non-holiday/peak dates, we will refund 80% of any deposit paid if, and only if, the unit is re-booked for the same dates and length of stay. Refund will be issued after 30 days.
Refund will only be applied to the credit card that was used to hold the reservation. You will be informed via email regarding all refunds and amounts.
No Refunds will be given for early check-out or no call/no show.
We are unable to provide any refund due to a cancellation request based on inclement weather.
Service Animals with appropriate paperwork are always welcome at Hotel Ryland.
We allow a maximum of two dogs per unit at a rate of $20 per dog per night in the Suites and 2 bedroom cabins. In the Penthouse we allow a maximum of two dogs per unit at a rate of $75 per dog per night We require that your pets stay attended to or under control at all times for the consideration of all guests.
We require that all pets must be on a leash or securely carried outside of guest rooms and ask that pet owners be considerate of other guests by cleaning up after them.
Dogs only. No puppies under the age of 2.
We have a strict no smoking policy in all of our rooms. This includes all smoking, even vapes. There is a $300 charge for violations of our smoking policy.
No firearms, fireworks, firecrackers or explosives are allowed to be DISCHARGED on any portion of the property. Repairs to a room or the grounds caused by the use of any of these will be billed to the card on file for the reservation.
Hotel Ryland is equip with Wi-Fi however we do not guarantee that utilities, appliances, Wi-Fi or amenities will not fail. We do guarantee repairs will be made as soon as possible. We will not make refunds due to these failures and we do hope our guests understand that there are circumstances beyond ownerships control.
For your convenience, all hotel policies are included in your booking confirmation and are also available to view at the Hotel Ryland office. Please note that by confirming your reservation, you are agreeing to these guidelines. We look forward to having you!
